Arni Johannson
Chairman
Arni Johannson brings over 30 years of experience in capital markets, with a track record spanning asset development, executive team building, and strategic investment across mining, fintech, energy (oil, gas, and uranium specifically), and technology sectors. As Co-Founder and President of Canadian Nexus Ventures Ltd. for more than 25 years, he built a diversified family office portfolio across emerging and traditional industries. In 2003, as an early entrepreneur in the uranium sector, he founded Titan Uranium Inc., whose initial asset portfolio became the world-class Rook I property (NXE:NYSE), before successfully building and selling the company to Energy Fuels (NYSE: UUUU) in 2012 for over $100 million. Known for the art of deal making and structuring mna transactions he currently serves as Chairman of JFH International, a global family office focused on asset aggregation and frontier investment opportunities. Now based in Europe, Mr. Johannson focuses on sourcing and combining opportunities with global thought leaders and strategic capital.

Soheil Sharifi
Director of Corporate Finance
Soheil Sharifi is Managing Director of Saraf Capital Advisors Ltd., where he leads corporate finance and development engagements spanning C-suite executive roles, strategic advisory, and capital markets execution. His valuation and modelling work has underpinned over C$2.5 billion in executed transactions across 35+ engagements in sustainability, technology, energy, and advanced materials. He previously served as Head of Corporate Development for a publicly traded energy company, building a full corporate finance platform from the ground up that covered strategic planning, deal structuring, investor relations, and capital markets execution, while also sourcing royalty, debt, and equity financing through direct lender and investor relationships. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta and brings technical depth in Python, SQL, and machine learning to his financial modelling work.

Jayden Draney
Venture Development
Jayden Draney is an emerging Canadian entrepreneur with a focus on artificial intelligence, nuclear energy, precious metals, defence, and drone technologies. He is the founder of Radius Energy; a dedicated uranium company acquiring assets in the prolific Athabasca Basin. Mr. Draney is also a member of the management team at Worldwide Copper & Gold, supporting the company’s growth and development across its international mineral portfolio. His entrepreneurial approach combines natural resources with emerging technologies, with an emphasis on identifying and advancing high-potential opportunities in rapidly evolving industries.
